Carrot – banana loaf

Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine – 75 gms
1 cup Splenda granular – 30 gms
2 pcs eggs – 100 gms
1 cup mashed bananas – 250 gms
½ cup grated carrots – 65 gms
½ cup all purpose flour – 60 gms
1 tsp baking powder – 3 gms
½ tsp baking soda – 2 gms
¼ tsp salt – 1.5 gms
¼ tsp ground cinnamon – 0.3 gms

Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Prepare 2 pcs 1 ½-inch x 4-inch loaf pans with grease and line with paper.
2. Combine margarine, Splenda, and eggs. Add in bananas and grated carrots. Set aside.
3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
4. Add flour mixture to margarine mixture.
5. Spread evenly into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool well before slicing.

Note: also due to the presence of all-purpose flour, you cannot call it sugar free.
