Chicken burger

Serves 7 persons | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time 15 minutes

300gms ground chicken breast
100gms chopped onions
20gms chopped celery
50gms chopped carrots
10gms low sodium soy sauce
1pc egg
5gms ground black pepper
1gm salt
5gms chopped parsley


Mix all ingredients together. Mash and combine well until uniform in color. Let stand for 30 minutes. Then shape into balls and flatten a bit. Fry in some extra virgin olive oil or canola oil. Drain well.

For assembly:

7 pcs hamburger buns extra virgin olive oil lettuce leaves, washed and spun dry


Slice hamburger buns and flatten a bit. Brush with some extra virgin olive oil. Lay chicken patties and cover with lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
