Cranberry walnut oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
110 gms margarine
¾ cup Splenda – 25 gms
1 pc egg – 50 gms
1 tsp vanilla – 1.5 gms
½ cup whole-wheat flour – 75 gms
1 cup oatmeal, chopped – 100 gms
½ tsp baking soda – 2 gms
¼ tsp salt – 1 gm
1/3 cup dried cranberries – 45 gms
¼ cup chopped walnuts – 30 gms

Procedure
1. Prepare baking sheet with silicone liner. Set aside.
2. Mix margarine, Splenda and egg. Stir in vanilla.
3. Add in flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
4. Scoop into 1 ½ inch cookies. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

Note: Due to the presence of wholewheat flour, you cannot call it sugar free.
