250gms breakfast steak, season with salt and pepper
80gms onions, sliced
100gms oyster mushroom, sliced and whole
120gms new potatoes or baby potatoes, boiled until tender
2tbsps skim milk
salt and pepper
Season breakfast steak with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. When melted, add onions, oyster mushrooms and new potatoes. Cook well until a bit brown.
Lay on a platter and put mushroom potato mixture on top. Keep warm.
Heat pan, add eggs and mix. Cook until just the right consistency for you. Remove and top into steak.
