Lean beef sirloin burger

Serves 6 persons | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

500 gms ground sirloin
120 gms chopped onions
1 pc egg
5 gms ground black pepper
10 gms low sodium soy sauce
5 gms Worcestershire sauce
5 gms yellow mustard
1 gm salt

Procedure

Mix all ingredients together. Mash and combine well until color becomes even. Let stand for 30 minutes to an hour. Shape into rounds ( 130gms ) then flatten a bit.

Heat some extra virgin oil in a pan, and cook burger patties until done. Drain a bit.

Assembly:

6 pcs hamburger buns extra virgin olive oil
6 leaves lettuce, washed and spun dry
6 slices tomatoes
6 slices cucumber

To each hamburger bun, slice into two and open, brush both sides with olive oil. Put lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber then put the burger patty. Close. Repeat the same procedure with the other 5 patties.
